The year was 2005 – I started my career in Insurance Sales. But I quickly realized that I was not happy with my corporate job.
My passion and zeal for Education always seemed very different from what my corporate ambitions provided me.
I resigned from my current job and started with Vocational Skills Training Institute by name “Skymount”. Initially, I started it to train students on CAD/CAM/CAE Courses for Civil and Mechanical Engineers.
Since I was from Commerce background, providing training for Engineering Courses was way far difficult for me. But, as they say, ‘Hard Work Pays Off‘… I learnt the trick of the trade and through hard work and good luck, it took off successfully.

I did the same and today it’s been 18+ years for Skymount to successfully help students in landing to their dream job. It is always a good feeling when your first business is successful. It gives a positive impetus and hope for the future.
We came up with job-oriented courses like Animation, GATE, IT, Accounting and many others. I even tied up with Universities to offer distance education, added job placement services to provide manpower to companies and job opportunities to candidates.
We partnered with Bosch CSR to start BRIDGE Centre at Skymount to provide employability skills to youths. I embarked on guiding 10th and 12th students to choose the right career scientifically and do what they love to do. The evolution in new technologies and Covid pandemic left many people jobless. Candidates had to either develop alternative skills or try their luck in new career paths.
With my Career Counselling Expertise and Job Search Strategy, I became a Career Coach. This, for over a period of 15 years, led me to guide 10,000+ students to become successful in their dream career.
